BEATLE GEORGE SAID NEAR DEATH The supermarket tabloids have proclaimed the impending death of former Beatle George Harrison for several weeks, and now other news media are joining in. The Sunday People of London said this weekend that Harrison, 58, suffering with an expanding brain tumor, is no longer eating and his wife and son have been told he may have only a week to live.
