"Naked.Human.Portrait." Naked places as well. Magical blurs on objects, like chairs in corners. Sisters against a cloudy sky. Grainy black & white images of tree stumps apparently used as work tables by blacksmiths. If ever I wished I could link directly to certain images to share their magic with you more precisely, it would be right now – enjoy the fine art photography of Darek Siatkowski...

Following yesterday's anonymous node, we're still in anonymous mode. Though I have no idea as to the who behind today's pick, its content is one of the coolest collages I've seen. And it's certainly the largest I've seen by far – a whopping 12,190,061 square pixels – wow!

"Have you met life today?®" It's odd to say the least, seeing that same character sketched on various sheets of paper and printed materials. Or is it a bunch of different characters, all assuming the same strange pose? Presented anonymously, perhaps it's a collection of quickly drawn self-portraits – all somewhat mysterious and playful. Looks like some bucks went into producing the site, a slick online exhibition of the Franschhoek Motor Museum in South Africa and the L'Ormarins Wine Farm, its apparent sponsor. The site currently features 100 selected vehicles from the collection with multiple view photos, samples of how the engines sound, and get this, even a downloadable ringtone for each (.mp3 format). If you're a car enthusiast, prepare to be totally engaged...

The View from Inside is downright magical to me – a grainy and colorful, apparently post-processed moment. And damn, I miss Chicago and certain places there I passed through daily. Note that each entry has a clipped image on the left that leads to a much larger version in a pop-up – and enjoy...

Today's pick is just one of Tod Seelie's four sites. He's taken photos on five continents and has been published extensively. Prepare to take in an enormous body of work, whether you start at of quiet, or at one of the other entry points to his web: tod seelie photography, everyday i live (some mature content), or sucka pants (music too) – what a gift!

There's some rather tasty visual works in its galleries, all generated by the unique online application, which utilizes "supplied assets, user settings, aesthetic rules and a level of chaos to instantaneously create infinite artwork." Have fun creating and printing your own unique compostion...

I can't help but wonder if the people in Tim's My faces series are the same people found in Bags – I'm thinking they are. There's more faces in the diary. I'd have to call Tim Hansen a storyteller of sorts, uniquely creative with a camera. And someone's been caught...;~))
