artypapers 6/29/05 Description: an experiment gone useful Comments: R. Marie Cox says part of the site's purpose "is to develop a solid, yet extendable, collection of classes that can be used over and over again for various web applications." It's a personal experiment, a "springboard for ideas" in which she can test the application framework she's developing. "It's tedious, it's horrible, and it's totally worth it in the long run." A number of interesting projects "relying on a common code set" are featured. If you're a designer, you're bound to find the CSS Help Pile and ap.log useful – create an account and you'll be able to save your favorite links using Scribble. Another fun projects lets you "create an online list of all your LEGO® sets." The site's somewhat a work in progress, now in its 7th version, but it certainly appears to have "gone useful." And I enjoyed meeting Yuki in the photo.lab...;~))
